Room Fieno – the Hay Room is located on the ground floor of the main building and offers beautiful views across the Marchigian countryside all the way to the sea. The room features a comfortable double bed, desk, Smart TV, coffee corner with a Bialetti capsule coffee machine and mini fridge.
The room has a private bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Bed linen and bath towels are included.

The high season runs from 1 July to 31 August, the mid-season from 1 to 30 June and from 1 to 30 September, and the low season from 1 October to 31 May. During the winter months, November to March, we are open by request only.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather. Drinks and packages are not included.
