Booking and payment

 

Booking your stay with us is simple!

A reservation can be made through the information form on the website, by e-mail or by phone. Specify your desired time period and receive a personalised offer. After acceptation, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent.

 

We ask for a deposit within 7 days after confirmation. Only when the payment is received, the reservation will be definitive, until then the reservation is in option and can be cancelled free of charge. If payment is not provided, the reservation will disappear automatically.

 

The remaining amount due must be paid at latest 6 weeks before the arrival date. The charge for additional costs can be paid on location, at latest on the departure day.

Flights

 

For flights from Belgium and the Netherlands to Falconara Ancona Airport (AOI), you can contact the following airlines:

 

    - Ryanair: Flights from Brussels-Charleroi and Eindhoven.

    - Lufthansa: flights with transfer via Munich or Frankfurt.

    - KLM: Flights with transfer via Amsterdam or Rome.

We recommend booking directly through airlines' websites or through a trusted booking site. Air travel is not included in our prices and is excluded from our responsibility.

 

 

Rental car

 

A hire car offers you the freedom to discover the beautiful environment of Le Marche. You can rent a car:

 

    - From the airline: Often offered when booking your flight.

    - From the Car Rental companies at Ancona airport: Here you will find reputable agencies such as Avis, Hertz and Europcar.

 

Our personal recommendation is Sunnycars. They offer all-inclusive insurance, so there is no dispute in case of damage. A carefree choice for a relaxing holiday!

Accessibility by car

 

Our agriturismo is easily reachable by car as well. Drive along the Gotthard tunnel in Switzerland or the Fernpass in Austria direction Italy. From there, you'll take the E45 (Brenner Pass) across the Alps into South Tyrol.

Once in Italy, continue on the A14 autostrada via Bologna towards Ancona. Near Ancona, take the exit for the SS76 Ancona Nord - Jesi and follow it to the Cingoli exit. From here, drive along a provincial road through several villages. Enjoy the beautiful landscape along the way! Arriving at Villa Torre, signs will lead you via a charming strada bianca (‘unpaved road’) to our agriturismo. 

 

 

Arrival and departure

 

Check-in is possible from 15h. We ask that you inform us of the estimated time of your arrival a several days in advance. Please be sure to inform us in case of last-minute changes.

 

Check-out is possible between 7 and 10 am in the morning. 

 

 

Services

​

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m. An earlier or later breakfast can be requested. Please also let us know any allergy or other food preferences.

 

We provide enough bed and bath linen in each room. Beds are changed every 3-4 days, but if you need clean linen any sooner, please let us know. 

 

Poolside loungers are free to use as available. Public sanitary facilities and a Honesty bar are located in the breakfast house. This ‘honest’ bar is available 24/24 and we ask you to write down your own consumption. Payment can be made at the latest at check-out.

 

Dogs are welcome in room Briglia. This room offers the possibility of placing a dog crate; we provide a food and water bowl. There is a dog lawn with a poop bag dispenser where the dog can run free, in the other parts of the domain your dog must be held on a leash.
